If they are not, then you can move the item to a folder of choice and see if the changes get uploaded now. ![]() ![]() If you still need the items which are listed there, verify if they still exist in your mailbox and also exist on the server by using Outlook Web Access when using an Exchange account or Windows Live Hotmail if you are using the Outlook Connector. Verify and move before emptying the folders When an item is in such a folder, it means its changes either could not be uploaded or download or the same item got edited on two separate locations at the same time.
